We serves as a national council for vocational education and is a recognized statutory autonomous body dedicated to offering skill-based education and training of high-quality skill. IITPS is dedicated to extending education beyond the constraints of time and space. It was established under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 (Section 25), which now corresponds to section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, by the esteemed Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

Furthermore, IITPS is registered under the constitutional provisions of Articles 29 and 30(1) of the Constitution of India, underscoring its commitment to promoting inclusivity and empowering education for minority communities and economically weaker sections, especially in remote areas.

Operating in association with the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India, IITPS exemplifies its dedication to supporting entrepreneurial endeavours and contributing to socio-economic development.

IITPS holds registrations under the CR Act of the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, and the Department of Labour, Govt of India and Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. These registrations are a testament to the institution’s credibility and adherence to stringent educational standards.

Notably, IITPS is also recognized as a unit of BFEWT, registered under the esteemed IT ACT 1882, further validating its status as a reputable and lawful educational entity.
